First Light – Resales and assignments

First Light is the 459-unit condo by West Bank going up at 3rd and Virginia that should complete in early 2024. With pre-sales having started in 2018 there are sellers whose plans have changed and are looking to assign their unit to a new buyer – First Light is the only building that we’re aware of that has ever allowed assignment in Seattle, while it is common in West Bank’s home market of Vancouver.

So this page is our attempt to match potential buyers and sellers.
