Spire, the 41-story 343-unit condo building at 2510 6th Ave that we’ve helped a number of buyers move into, has cut pricing on some units and is running a new year incentive with $15 to $25k credits.
Some examples are below, but definitely noteworthy that you can now buy into Spire, a brand-new building for $450k. And that’s for a one-bedroom and not a studio!
1 bedroom: $544,000 | now $449,000*
1 bedroom + dens: $920,000 | now $809,000*
2 bedrooms: $1,130,000 | now $986,000*
